Paper jam only on duplex printing Canon 6230Dn Printer

Hi,

         when i give the printing on double -side , paper jammed inside of the printer.

But single side is done....only for problem on Duplex printing mode..

Model : Canon 6230DN

Give the solution for the problem..because lot of printer we have on that model...

This is an coproate company...

somebody told chane the paper 70GSM to 80GSM..

Any other solution you have kindly tell it...
