Paper Jam???

Ok, so I got the new printer (the previous one died completely after 5 months). But this one is telling me I have a paper jam.  NO, I DONT!!!! there's no paper anywhere in the printer.  What do I do??

For the MF642Cdw, if no paper jams are found within the printer itself, check that the paper is loaded correctly, and that the paper is registered correctly.  If printing from a computer, ensure the paper size and type are set correctly in the computer's print settings.
