It will scan the document, but when I attempt to save it to the computer, it doesn't save. It has worked for a year and just now stopped working. I have the current Windows updates.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the GX6000 series. The model number should appear on the front of the printer at the lower right, just below the color ink tank windows. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

I found the fix- Go to programs Cannon print, hit three buttons, advance options, reset
