MAXIFY MB2140 How to print in BW if colour ink is running low

Good day 
I urgently require assistance, my ink (colour) is running low, however can I default to printing in black and white?

I also have a document that has been stuck and I tried to delete however it is still stuck since 27/07 and I cannot remove it .I tried to cancel it / delete it seems to be stuck, how can I remove this document and if possible can I still print in black and white until i replace my colour ink.

The Maxify 2140 does not appear to be a printer supported by Canon USA.  I believe it is intended for sale in Africa and the Middle East.

You can control what cartridges the printer uses for printing by changing the ink cartridge settings in the maintenance menu.  

If you're using Windows you can remove a failed document from the print queue by stopping and restarting the Print Spooler service.
