When I try to print, the colours are very pale and the colour ink reservoirs appear to be empty. (There's no colour visible through the windows.)
I've tried cleaning, deep cleaning and nozzle check. Subsequent attempts at printing a colour test page all colours are pale.
Nozzle check appears to show no red ink and probably no cyan. Other colours are pale.
I bought authentic Canon refills for my printer, but when I attempt to refill the printer, it appears that no ink is transferring from the bottles to the reservoirs. This suggests to me that they may actually be full?
I haven't yet tried an ink flush because I'm concerned that there may be no ink in the actual reservoir and the manual says that running an ink flush under these conditions may damage my printer.
Looking for advice/suggestions on how to proceed from here?
