My Canon GX6000 suddenly stopped allowing me to save scanned documents.

It will scan the document, but when I attempt to save it to the computer, it doesn't save. It has worked for a year and just now stopped working. I have the current Windows updates.

I found the fix- Go to programs Cannon print, hit three buttons, advance options, reset
