I have a Maxify MB5120. The lines are suddenly misaligned. I have run auto-alignement with no success, and have run manual alignment with no success. I am running a deep cleaning to see if that helps. Per my IT guy, he wants me to change the black ink cartridge, but it is not empty so I am unable to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
