Maxify GX3020 Update Error Code Install error - 0x800f020b

I just purchased this printer and I have the above error code showing up (Error Code Install error - 0x800f020b).  I have uplugged, replugged in, deleted the software, added the software, uninstalled the printer, and reinstalled the printer.  Is there anyone in Canon world that can assist me with getting rid of this error code?  Please and thank you.

The error would point to a problem performing and update from a Windows computer. With that error, I would suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to see what is having a problem updating and what might be blocking the setup/install on your Windows computer.
