MacOS Sequoia V15.3.2 Driver Updates - imageCLASS MF632Cdw

My ImageClass MF632C scanner will not scan to my computer.

I've tried scanning two ways:  1) from the computer using the application, and 2) scanning to my computer from the scanner—neither works.

I've shut down and restarted both the Mac and the scanner.

I tried updating my driver and firmware using the downloads on the Canon site.

When I tried to open/load the updates, I got a message that the software was incompatible with my Mac version, even though I had chosen the Sequoia version from the dropdown before downloading. 

 

My scanner is wireless.

Did you download both the printer driver and the scanner driver?

I noticed that the drivers say macOS 15.3.1. I don’t know if that is significant since you are running 15.3.2.

yes, I have downloaded both and neither will open giving the same message about the version

Give Canon a call at 1-800-OK-CANON.
