MFC743CDW printing issues

I have a MFC743cdw Printer. I've been using toner's off amazon for past two years.  
Right now I Keep getting an alert;  Load Paper MP TRAY LTR
The paper is loaded , I cant figure out whats wrong.

I also keep on getting alert to add yellow color toner, when in fact it is there.   Is it better to do a factory reset?

That message will usually come up if the paper size set in the Multipurpose tray does not match the paper size requested from the print screen on the computer or a driver issue. You can check the settings for the printer to make sure that the MP tray is set to letter sized paper and if it is, you can check the print screen on the computer to make sure it is set to letter size paper as well.

If the settings are correct, you can try installing the current recommend drivers for the printer from our Canon USA support site. Once installed, you can try printing again to see if the issue is resolved.
