We loved our office Printer. The MF810Cdn printer has been working great. But now it's making a grinding noise and the only error that pops up is to restart the device. We have cleaned it out, made sure there were no paper jams, removed and replaced the ink. Can you recommend a technician to come out and try and fix it? Or maybe from that short description, you can point out the problem?
Thank you!

Greetings,
A grinding noise is often caused by mis-alignment or a broken gear. Since the printer is 9 yrs old, it might be better to invest in a new device instead of looking for someone to repair what you have.
You can try google for printer repair in your area and see what results you get. If that doesn't work out, Canon has a upgrade program for devices that are EoL, unrepairable, or if the cost to repair might exceed replacement.
