MF753Cdw legal paper tray 1 sticks out

Am I missing something? Paper tray 1 (and tray 2) supports legal sized paper but looks atrocious. Is there some cover or SOMETHING that makes it look like it supposed to be jetted out rather than look like it's just not fully shoved in.

Really Canon is that the best there is?

The cassette tray does stick out when you have legal sized paper loaded. The print comes with a cassette tray cover in the box to cover the extended portion for the tray when legal sized paper is loaded.
