I run a network attached Canon MF726cdw in my home-office and don't do a lot of 2-sided scanning but a few months ago the unit would jam while trying to pull the second side of the paper through. On the pull-back, it seems to cause the paper to pull in faster on one side than the other causing it to jam.
Can someone tell me how to get into the roller assembly to possibly clean the rollers? Or any other ideas? TIA

Hello Rodswartz,
If you are having problems with jams in the ADF, you can try opening the ADF using the steps in the link HERE. That would be as far as you can open the ADF. If you do not see any obstructions that you can remove or if wiping any visible rollers with a damp cloth does not resolve the issue, it would mean the printer needs service.
You can use the link HERE to log into your My Canon account and check your service options.
