I lost my LAN connection due to a power failure and I cannot reconnect to my Netgear R7000 router.
Select LAN Connection is grayed out and Direct Connection is enabled. For some reason, the blue wireless light is off. I have tried to restart the printer several times. What am I missing?

Thank you SO MUCH Sonya1--you FIXED my problem (and it was soooo easy). I'm right in the middle of tax season and I lost the network settings. To make matters worse, my SAMSUNG B&W laser printer died and ugly death. Now if I could just get my CANON PIXMA PRO-100 to download the print driver (macOS Big Sur v. 11.3.1) I would be one happy camper.
THANK YOU AGAIN!

I had this problem to, you can fix it by going into Menu>Network Settings>Enable Direct Connection>OFF.
After you do that restart the printer and connect to WIFI or plugin ethernet cable.
This should fix your problem, if you are still having trouble with this feel free to contact me at
