I am needing a little assistance on this dang Canon printer/scanner.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. I have updated the network setting on the printer. Also, I have reinstalled the MF Scan Utility. However, nothing seems to correct my issue.
I can send print jobs, and it works perfectly however, when I attempt to scan a document, I get an error message "Cannot scan because of the following: Scanner is busy; Error occurred in the scanner."
I appreciate any help...
