What is your printer connected to? Phone? Computer? And most important, what operating system? Windows? (what verson 10,11 etc?) or Apple OS? and what verson?
I apologize for not responding sooner. I think your Windows print spool/cue is full which could explain why your printer is printing old jobs, assuming when you hit start it is from a Windows App. Here are the directions to clear the spooler, the last step is a restart of your computer so make sure all any apps are closed before you you do the restart.
