Hello i am trying to print an image on Vinyl Matte Paper and it keep jamming, even in the tray,, i have never had this problem before, i can print on normal paper, so i know there is no internal jam,, Anybody have a suggestion?
The MF642dw does not have the ability to print on Vinyl paper. The paper feed rollers were not designed to work with that media type and can cause jams or load paper errors. You can view the supported paper types for the printer using the link HERE.
