Since we are not there to see, this is not something we can likely help you resolve over the internet. Please verify the tray is not overloaded with paper.
If you can remove it, do that and look to see if there are any obstructions, crumpled piece of paper, misfeed, etc. The tray has be aligned and inserted evenly to slide in and fully seat.
