MF6160DW Copier feeder

I have a new MF6160W copier and it worked great for two days.

Now when it is initially started in the morning, it will make a copy from feeding it from the top.  Then after that it won't feed another document to be copied.  It says an original is in the feeder.  I have to turn it off and back on in order to feed something to copy.  Is there somewhere I can change a setting so it will always feed when I want to?

The paper sensor in the feeder might be stucked or still covered with sticker ( since its brand new). Open the feeder and look if there's still stickers. To open the feeder, check this manual on page 15.

No Luck.  I check around everything and all tape has been removed.
