I have an all in one printer/scanner/fax/copier. The feeder has never worked properly and is no not working at all. I purchased this machine because it was highly recommended as being reliable. This has not been the case.
In addition, I have to constantly reload the disk that came with my printer because the computer does not recognize the device, even though it is hardwired. Does anyone have any suggestions for what I can try?
