MF455DW Stopped printing fax TX reports

Help!

All of a sudden, my MF455DW has stopped printing fax transmission reports.  When I go to the "copy/print job" list, the report sits there "waiting".  There is no way to release or print the report - the only choice is to "cancel".  I have checked all of the settings and they ARE correct for printing out the fax reports.  The printer has no other problems printing documents, copying or scanning.  I don't know why these TX reports are being held as "waiting".  Please help.  Thank you in advance.

If you are low on toner, the printer would stop printing reports automatically. It will do this to save the remaining toner. You would still be able to go into the menu and print the specific reports, but it will not do it automatically.
