MF453dw Fax Scan Window A4 format is missing

Dear Sirs,

I've installed the Canon utility the printer is shown in Windows 10 Fax Scan but Document page size are wrong: all are smaller than A4, result is an incomplete image.

How can we fix this?

Hello Sumer, 

The Windows Fax ad Scan program is a basic Windows scanner program and would not have all of the settings that the scanner can use. To scan and use all of the available paper sizes, you can use the MF scan utility that installs with the setup disc or you can download the recommended drivers and software from our website using the link HERE.
