We have a Canon I-Sensys MF4370dn Printer/Scanner/Copier at the office. I can scan using my personal software. How can I setup the MF4370dn in order for everyone to be able to scan from their computers in their office?
At this stage everyone can print to the printer (setup as network printer), but when I run Toolbox 4.9 it gives me an error:
"A supported scanner is not installed.
Please install a supported scanner and restart toolbox"
I have tried most of today to solve the problem with no luck at all. I have visited most of the help forums to check if there is a solution, but no success.
Pls help.

I am having the same issue. for Windows 8.1Pro 64-bit
I tried installing Network Scangear, it finds the scanner on network but that's it..
