MF 642 Fixing Assembly "Cannot Clean" error message

I have streaks on all printed material and when I try to perform the Fixing Assembly Clean I get a screen that says "Could not perform cleaning".

I made sure no print jobs in queue.

2. Are you able to perform a copy from the glass or do you get any errors?
