I have a Canon MAXIFY iB4120 printer. Have been trying to print some photos but the color is off--people looking greenish-blue. I have looked at the user manual but cannot figure out how to correct this problem. Help!

I'm not well versed with the Maxify line, but here some general questions to get the ball rolling.
If the printer has any native maintenance and/or adjustment capabilities, have they been run? If the unit can be factory defaulted, has that been attempted? Is the installed ink Canon brand or a third party? Windows? macOS? iOS? Does this happen with only one device or anything that connects to it? Hardwired connection or Wi-Fi? Are there any software/firmware updates pending for the unit? Are the latest drivers installed in the device (computer/tablet/smartphone)?
If worse comes to worse, try reaching out to Canon Customer Support.
