MAXIFY GX6040 partial black printing (almost none)

Hi,
My MAXIFY GX6040 printer stoped printing black in document print. I do have black inc.
the subject state for partial black printing because on nozzle check I do have a black print beside the color pattern with the letters (C, M, Y) however I don't have the upper black pattern print at all with no BK letters on the left. I can't understand why the black is partial printed in the nozzle check.
I tried to perform auto alignment, it failed with code 2500. on manual alignment I don't have any black patterns or letters or numbers.
I tried to perform several times cleaning, deep cleaning, even ink flash, also try to unplug power for an hour. nothing helped.
please assist.
