when i go to the roller cleaning setting on the printer, it does fine. it will pick up 3 sheets from each tray like it should. however, when i try to print a test page or even just use the scanner to print a copy, it will not pick up any paper. it was working fine and i had a piece of paper get ripped off inside. i found the piece and removed it. the ink cartridges run back and forth and i can hear what sounds like wheels spinning when i try to print. help please.
