When using the ADF I have started to get a wide black/rainbow band in the middle of the back side scan. I have cleaned the ADF scanner glass and it does not help. Is there anything I can do, or is the scanner now junk?
The issue looks like a problem with the scanner element or a loose scanner cable connection. The printer would need service or replacement parts to scan properly again. You can check your available service options by contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666 or logging into your MyCanon account.
