MAXIFY MB2720 Support Code 5200

Getting support code 5200 on my MAXIFY MB2720. Tried reset a couple time, error keeps occurring. Is there anything that can be done?

The 5200 error can be caused by a paper jam.  There are 2 videos that you can view in regards to resolving paper jam or paper feed issues.

Please view the following two troubleshooting videos available from the MAXIFY MB2720's Support Page:

 1.  Remove paper jam from front of printer:

If the 5200 error persists, your MAXIFY MB2720 would require service.  You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system.
