I don't know how to best describe this, but the printer is dropping parts of paragraphs that I'm printing, MS Word file. I've aligned the heads, deep cleaned, restarted the printer, replace the black ink cartridge... I'm printing black only.
I don't know what else to do. I purchased this new in 2019 from Best Buy. The red boxes show where the text is dropping out.

Hello,
The prints look like there is something wrong with the black ink tank or it is low/empty. You can try replacing the ink tank or performing a few deep cleanings. If that does not resolve the issue, it looks like the printer needs service.
To check your service options, you can contact support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. or log into your MyCanon account.
