Hi Everyone,
I'm having issue with my Maxify MB2720, the printer started missing big part of the black color... I've tried all the "Maintanance" funtions, head cleaning, deep head cleaning but no improvement.. some lines while printig black are just missing...
called customer service.. still holding after 45 minutes..
any suggestions?

Hi agrisafi77,
Because you have performed a few printhead cleanings and your MAXIFY MB2720 is still not printing black, your MAXIFY MB2720 would require service. You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
