So I have a ImageCLASS D420. It prints 8.5" x 11" paper very fast. But I'm printing some invitations that are a custom size, 6.75" x 9". These print incredibly slow! Maybe 4 PPM. If I use letter size paper it's right back to very fast printing.
I have other laser printers that this is also the case with. Any ideas on why this is or if anything can be done about it?
