If your copies are only coming out as half a page, it could be caused by settings or there is something wrong with the scanner bar. You can try resetting the settings using the steps below. If you still have the same issue it would usually mean the MB2720 needs service.
- Select Setup from the home screen.
- Select Device Settings.
- Select Reset Settings.
- Select Settings only.
- Select yes.
