Hi,

I am running Windows 11 ARM64 edition on my PC and I need to use a Canon laser printer LBP6240.

But I can't find any compatible driver.

What can I do?

Greetings,

Systems with ARM based processors.  Very power efficient, but they also come with compatibility nightmares.

I'd return or exchange for an Intel based system if you can.  Your printer woes are only the beginning.

Here is a list of Canon Printers currently supported under ARM:

I followed that link but I cant install or find a driver for my Pixma Pro 100s. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for joining the conversation, Chibibell!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using.  We've dug deep and haven't been able to find a Canon printer with the model number you mentioned.  It's possible that might be the reason you're unable to find a driver, so we recommend double-checking that information. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!
