I have recently purchased the above product and am trying to download the updated drivers. There were 8 drivers to install, so I downloaded and installed a few, checked that the status for these showed "Complete", and left the Canon driver screen. When I got back on later to the same page, expecting to download the rest of the drivers, the "Complete" was gone from the drivers I had previously downloaded. It now looks like I need to reinstall them again, but I'm not sure.
Why would the record of these driver downloads disappear? Is there no support from Canon itself after you purchase a printer? Thanks for all suggestions/solutions!

Since you don't say what operating system you're using it's hard to understand what you're talking about. What drivers do you need? Pinter I assume, scanner, fax? You should not have to install "8 drivers."

I'm sorry. I have Windows 11. The printer function works fine, but the scanner "cannot connect to the computer", even though that's what happens when I print from the computer.
The 8 different drivers come from the Canon Support page for drivers for my particular printer, which I have registered with Canon. The setup for a scanner seems very complex compared to the typical printer setup.
I am totally confused!
