LBP6230dw laser ink not drying

I've had my printer for 1 month, it's been working fine.  I recently notice that the laser ink is rubbing off when printing labels, envelopes, etc. 

I run windows 10 and wondering if there is a setting that needs adjusting.

If the toner is flaking off, it could be caused by the paper setting. If the paper type loaded into the printer is heavier than the paper type that was selected in the printer driver. The printer might not apply heat to the paper correctly to fix the toner to the paper. You can check the paper type specifications using the link HERE to see if the paper type you are selecting matches the type of paper loaded into the printer.
