LBP 612cdw canon printer. In a constant power up and power down. removed power waited a day and it is not loading to do anything the setup is wireless

If you have the printer plugged directly into the power outlet (not into a power strip or extension cord of any kind) and your unit is stuck in a boot loop, I recommend contacting support so they can review your options with you one-on-one. I tried to plug it directly to different outlet and no luck. Too k the power out for an hour and I tried . No luck.
