Hi, My Imageclass MF217W is linked via LAN to my network I am running Winddows Vista 64 bit. I have this printer selected as default. I have the proper driver installed.
I can use various apps to run a test page.. but no app is able to print. The job never gets sent to the print que (but the test page does).
Please help!!!

(1) Are you saying the test page prints but other files/documents do not print?
(2) Is there an error message appearing on your Windows Vista computer or your MF217w when you are unable to print? If so, please list the message verbatim.
(3) Before adding the printer to your computer, did you download and install the file named [Windows 64bit] imageCLASS MF217w/MF216n/MF212w MFDrivers (UFR II / FAX / ScanGear) from our web site?

Thanks. The file listed in (3) solved the problem. It was odd that the printer worked for a few days.... then stopped responding. Regardless, it seem to have solved the problem. Thanks.
