Hi,
I just replaced the fuser unit on my 2030 and the paer says to then initialize the counter as follows:
[settings/registration]>Adjusment/Maintenance > Maintenance > initialize after replacing parts > fixing unit.
When I go to [settings/registration]>Adjusment/Maintenance > Maintenance
I dont see the option: initialize after replacing parts > fixing unit
Does anyone know how to do this?

Hi, pal_noc! Thanks for posting!
Canon does not provide direct support for imageRUNNER series products, but your dealer will be able to help you! If you don't have a dealer, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers in your area!

Thanks for replying, but that does not help at all. What's the use of a forum if you are going to send me elsewhere?
I cannot believe that a simple thing like this needs the help of a dealer.
