Just set up this new printer and sent a fax. Looks like the fax went through but a confirmation report did not print. I figured out how to turn on this feature but how can I print a confirmation page for the one that I already sent?

Greetings,
You cannot turn on a printed confirmation page for a fax which was sent previously.
There might be log feature with a record of what has been sent, but no confirmation page.

Go to Home/ Main Screen - Output Report. It is on the Right bottom corner of the display! - Report Setting - Fax TX Result Report - On - Apply on the right bottom corner. You can check the setting to have a picture print or not. I chose not as it uses more cartridges.

This is just for new fax confirmation. To check once you send - From Main Screen go to Fax- Status Monitor ( right bottom corner)- Scroll to TX Job - TX Job Log, scroll on fax and date you want to see.

Hello Jwarth,
If the Fax was sent before the setting was turned on, the closet option to printing a confirmation would be to print a communication management report.
<Menu> <Output Report> <Print List> <Communication Management Report>
It will print a log of the last 40 faxes sent. You can also set the printer to print a management report automatically after 40 faxes.
