You don't actually need it. There is WIDE misunderstanding out there about the new printer security model AKA Point-and-print. People think that only Type 4 drivers work properly under the new security model but that is not true. Properly written Type 3 drivers also work with one exception - they require client machines to download and install under local admin. Type 4 does not - so - deploying type 4 drivers on your print server means your IT staff doesn't have to be bothered by users calling in for overrides to install printers, the users can just install them themselves. That's why Enterprises prefer the Type 4 drivers.
Nowadays most printer companies releasing drivers for Enterprise printers compile the driver to use the Microsoft-supplied "winprint" print processor. That way they can just take their existing Type 3 drivers and reuse them. For the retail drivers a lot of them use custom print processors that support a lot of screwy networking you never use in an Enterprise. The MFC743cdw is not an Enterprise printer from Canon so it was written to install the Canon custom print processor which is not properly signed with high encryption keys and thus breaks the Point and Print security model.
One way around this is to install the retail 743cdw Type 3 drivers on to your Windows Server then change the print processor from the Canon one to the Microsoft one after you create the print queue. Then the driver will autoinstall properly from a hardened host. It may not support all features but it should support the basics.
The folks responding to you aren't enterprise networkers and don't understand what you're asking for and probably have never setup Windows Server and don't understand any of this.

Be aware this is an antique driver. It is -possible- that a newer type 4 driver is bouncing around somewhere inside of Canon and you could get it from a Canon dealer - but they -aren't- going to look for it for you unless you have a Canon copier lease with them. Canon pulled this driver from most of it's download sites years ago because of complaints from people who didn't bother studying the documentation for the new print system Microsoft released and didn't understand it.
Unfortunately, the new print system from Microsoft is not that popular mainly because Microsoft asked IT techs to be professional and study it, before deploying it. Most IT techs particularly in the Enterprise space don't want to take time to study manuals they just sort of click around on buttons and get things working - and since there's a generation of material out there on Type 3 printer drivers - most of them end up stumbling over the instructions to disable all of the security on their print servers so that old type 3 drivers will work "like they always did" and do that once on their domain then forget about it. So, not many printer companies release V4 drivers.
