Where to find generic UFR II v4 printer driver for imageCLASS MF743Cdw

Hi All:

Does anyone know where I can download a generic ufr ii v4 printer driver for a MFC743cdw? The Canon site fails to load for me, and I tried from home and get to the executable page (driver name listed in address bar) but the page says access deny.

Where is the V4 driver ? The link does not work from ANY Canon site - Global, North America, South America, Australia, - absolutely no where. This driver is critical for proper deployment in every office setting because v3 versions will never deploy through a GPO.

Shadowsports, your link goes to a file not found page. The link on the printer support page to the correct driver also goes to file not found page.

Same results for me: Trying to get the drivers from the support page or the direct link all time out on multiple browsers on two PCs. I'm stumped.

To clarify, I am trying to get the V4 for a Canon 654c , but my understanding is the v4 is supposed to suit multiple models and lines. If only it could be found! V3 drivers will not install via a GPO for a domain without having to manually add them at the machine. Not at all practical for a large setting. Not a design flaw of Canon, its Microsoft crap, but V4 's can install via GPO.
