Hello,
We have an IR C5250 color copier, and in the past we used it to scan to network. Our newer servers are 2019 OS and we do not wish to add the legacy SMB 1.0 support for security reasons. Our Plotter scanner works fine with the 2019 server, but I think is using SMB > 2.0.
What do we need to do to get the IR's to scan to network? (They won't work with the SMB 2.X + requirement of the servers)
I figured Firmware, but I cannot seem to find any newer firmware on the C5250 support page. (It lists firmware by OS, which makes no sense to me, but I cannot find any firmware under any OS in the support downloads page.)
Thanks for any advise.
Fam
