Hello all. Running into an issue when sending Secure Print jobs to IR advance DX C5840i and 4945i. When sending from the computer, it 'goes', no error message but the print job is not stored.
The problem does not occur when using the direct Print option. The driver installed on the Win2019 print server is C Generic Plus PCL6 and the user devices are running Win11, 24H2. Any advice is appreciated.
