Using an Image Runner 10213iF connected via USB, running 64 bit Windows 7 Pro.
When trying to scan to email, I now only have platen glass listed as a source, auto or document feeder are no ,onger available as options.
No recent major changes, other than adding a network printer via a tcp/ip port.
What happened & how do I get options back?

Canon does not provide direct support for imageRUNNER series products, but your dealer will be able to help you! If you don't have a dealer, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers who are in your area.
