hello, I have a LBP7200 printer and the print is getting dirty with red ink recently.

May i know how i can clean the cartidge roller to receive the fine print again,

Hello Cargoman,

 

You should clean the fixing roller (Cleaning 1) and transfer belt (Cleaning 2) to restore the print quality of your Color imageCLASS LBP7200Cdn.  Click HERE to view the steps to perform the cleanings.

 

If the issue persists after cleaning, before you replace your toner cartridge, I recommend contacting us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) for further assistance.  I understand that the forum may be your preferred method of communication; however, speaking with our telephone technical support group will be very beneficial in this case.  There is no charge for this call.

It is not imroved after several times in the cleaning on fixing roller,

 

shoudl i clean the ink cartridge instead.,
