Image Class MF8280Cw printing 1/4" thick black lines

Image Class MF8280Cw has started printing 1/4" thick black lines horizontally across the page.  It seems to be a random number of lines with smudge lines in between.  Machine is also getting noisy and spends a long time cleaning itself after the first page.  Have no idea what to do.

Please try fixing unit and transfer belt.

Fixing Unit Instructions:

1.  Press home button.

2.  Use / to select <Adjustment/Maintenance>, and press OK.

3.  Select <Clean Fixing Unit>, and press OK.

4.  Press OK.

Cleaning starts. When the <Finished.> message is displayed approximately 1 minute later, press  to return to the main screen.

 
Transfer Belt Instructions:

1.  Press home button.

2.  Use / to select <Adjustment/Maintenance>, and press OK.

3.  Select <Clean ITB>, and press OK.

4.  Press OK.

Cleaning starts. When the <Finished.> message is displayed approximately 1 to 2 minutes later, press  to return to the main screen.

Please retry reseating the toner cartirdges. If the issue continues, please try replacing with geniune toner cartridges.
