I'm using MacOS Big Sur V11.7.10 and print from Preview, or OpenOffice and everything works just fine. The problem is that I disabled the duplex printing capabilities in the printer itself. I programmed it to not print duplex. Now I want to re-program it to print duplex. I learned how to do it in one of Canon's many guides and manuals, and documents. But I don't know which document it was and although I've looked in all (?.) of them, i can't find it.
Does anyone know how to setup/program the printer to enable two-sided printing.. Choosing duplex printing as an option within an app's print dialogue does not work. That option is disabled. I programmed the printer itself to not print two-sided. I have to re-program it to re-enable it. Or reset it to factory defaults. Does anyone know how to do that?.

The MF3010 does not have two-sided printing capability. You must have changed some settings, but it wasn't the capability to print two-sided.
