QUESTION: Does anyone know the procedure to replace the RM1-4426-000 pickup roller?
ISSUE DESCRIPTION: I would like to replace the RM1-4426-000 pickup roller of the LBP7680CX. The pickup roller shaft needs to rotate in order to remove the pickup roller.
I could not find a method through the control panel or web interface of that printer.
I contacted Canon support: no solution found from their documentation.
