Help - Canon Image Class D320

This has really been a workhorse but I am now getting roller marks (I think) along the sides of the copies (image attached). I tried cleaning it and had some results but then the marks came back again. I'm not really sure what I'm doing and I hate to get rid of this copier. It's been so good for so long. Thanks to anyone who can help!canon problem.png

Have you tried to change the cartridge? If changing the cartridge does not resolve the issue, then there may be another internal issue with the printer, and it will need to be replaced.
