Having trouble loading MP-101 paper in Canon MX922 printer- seems to not fit cassette. Any thoughts?

Just bought Canon MX922 printer and having some trouble at setup with MP-101 paper fitting into cassette. Seems too wide to fit in. Am I having spatial orientation issues or is this something others have noted? Thanks

Thank God for this post! I had scissors in hand ready to trim the paper! Figured I better do a quick Google search. Hahaha
Thanks a million!!

Glad to be of service!  I just used this site recently to fix my pop-down feed-out door.  Amazing what an online community and YouTube can do!

Hi Lenilenapi,

So we can best assist you, please let us know if you are using Windows or Mac and what program you are using to print.

We look forward to your reply.

Hi Lenilenapi,

If you are using the 4" x 6" MP-101 paper, it would be loaded in the upper cassette:

https://ugp01.c-ij.com/ij/webmanual/Manual/M/MX920%20series/EN/BG/Bg-Loading1300.html

If you are using letter size paper, please load it in the lower cassette:

https://ugp01.c-ij.com/ij/webmanual/Manual/M/MX920%20series/EN/BG/Bg-Loading1400.html

Once loaded, please make sure that the paper size and source is set correctly in the printer driver before you print.

In the program that you are printing from, please click on File and then Print.

In the Print window, please click on "Show Details" at the bottom.

From the printing menu drop down, you will be able to select the paper type, size and paper source.  The name of this menu would be different depending on the version of OSX installed and the application you are printing from.
